Submit a return request
Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes items may not fit, arrive damaged, or simply not meet your expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a hassle-free return process.
Here's how to initiate a self-serve return:
- Log in or sign up to the store by clicking on the top right corner
- Go to the "Orders" section.
- Find the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return and click "View order".
- Click the "Return items" button.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
- Choose whether you prefer a refund or store credit.
- Print the prepaid return label and attach it to the package.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Please note the following:
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- The refund or store credit will be issued once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition.
- The original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the item(s) were defective or damaged upon receipt.
- If you prefer an exchange, please contact us directly to arrange it.
